Jude inspires and empowers women to look and feel their best, offering a wealth of knowledge and a supportive community dedicated to beauty, wellness, and vitality. Here's her story.
After a happy, healthy childhood growing up in a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania suburb, Jude (affectionately known as “Judy” during her childhood) had figured out that she loved creative writing, history and being of service to others. As college application time drew near, Jude decided to pursue ‘Speech Pathology’ as her college major and headed west for brighter horizons. By the summer of 1978, Jude had earned her undergraduate BA from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and a graduate Masters of Science Degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Denver, with a sub-specialty in Aphasia.
Growing up in ‘Steel City USA’ where the skies were often as grey as the inclement weather made the decision to put down roots in the Denver area, easy. But, the job she had hoped for in a hospital settings was non-existent. So she reluctantly accepted a job with a local Speech & Hearing Clinic. Fast forward two and a half years, Jude realized she was unfulfilled and unhappy. Never fearful of change, she decided to try something completely new. Intuitively, she knew that things would work out...
Soon, Jude landed a cosmetics sales job at a cosmetics counter at a local Department Store. Within months, she realized that retail cosmetics was actually fun and fulfilling! Connecting with women, learning their beauty needs and helping them find product solutions for those needs, felt natural and gratifying! A quick study, Jude found herself winning many of the inter-departmental sales contests. Over time, her natural sales acumen and team player attitude earned accolades from store leadership and admiration from co-workers.
At the ripe old age of 29, Jude knew she had finally found her niche!
Ironically, it was during this exciting career exploration time that Jude survived an unexpected and scary episode of cancer! After a full hysterectomy and follow-up surgery the following year, Jude finally received the good news that she was cancer free. What a blessing!
Moving forward as a “cancer survivor” at age 29, Jude began to view life very differently. She felt that her life had been spared for a reason. Her health scare became a watershed life event; a true catalyst behind her lifelong quest for meaning and purpose.
Hindsight is always 20/20, right? Looking back over the years, Jude came to believe that her career change and newfound love of all things beauty were divinely synchronistic. She had been ‘guided’ to that department store counter! She knew in her heart that her mission was to serve & lift other women up through the power of beauty.
Later that same year, a chance encounter at her cosmetics counter with a brand executive named David, proved to be equally synchronistic; ‘the day the door opened’ to her 40-year Beauty Industry career!
David invited Jude to interview for a local management position with his brand, Elizabeth Arden Cosmetics! And, just like that, Jude’s amazing four-decade career in cosmetics was off and running!
Over the next 12 years, Jude would climb the corporate ladder at Elizabeth Arden to become Midwest Regional Training Executive, training hundreds of department store cosmetics sales people throughout the Midwest, conducting makeup events and representing Arden Co at National Dermatology Conventions. During this time, Jude also wed Mark, a young Chicago attorney, her forever husband.
In the mid-nineties, Jude joined the Dayton-Hudson/Marshall Fields Department Store chain as National Cosmetics Education Manager. In the newly created role, Jude launched The Cosmetics Academy, the beauty industry’s first retail cosmetics university. TCA broke ground training 2,500 cosmetics sales associates across 100+ brands!
In 1999, opportunity came knocking again. Jude was invited to join a new, upscale, retail division of Manhattan-based Avon Products. As National Director of Education, US Retail, Jude oversaw all training for the new Avon ‘BeComing’ Retail Division Brand. BeComing launched in top malls, as well as Sears and JCPenny stores in 2001. Jude loved working for Avon, one of the top female empowerment and talent development companies at the time!
Over the next decade, Jude’s career continued to grow and diversify, including roles as Global Director of Education with Nu Skin Enterprises, Marketing Vice President with Solana MedSpas, Regional Sales Director with ColoreScience, and VP Sales and Marketing with GS Cosmeceutical.
In 2011 Jude established a boutique consulting firm, ‘MJ Consulting.’ Running her own training and marketing consulting company provided her the unique opportunity to partner with global health & beauty giants, including Amway, Jafra Cosmetics and Belcorp (the Avon of South America) on a contractual basis. By 2014, Jude was ready to close up shop and re-enter the corporate work force, so she put out her feelers. A prior mentor took action, handing her CV to Jamie Kern Lima, the CEO of a young QVC start-up company. Jude’s wonderful seven year run with IT Cosmetics as a Las Vegas-based, multi-state, Account Executive, was off and running!
During Jude’s brief 7 years with the company, big things happened! IT Cosmetics was acquired by L’OREAL, the Paris-based beauty powerhouse, and Jude was recognized for her longtime dedication to her craft. Although she was the oldest sales rep in the company, Jude still managed to earn first place for Sales to Plan across her region and second place, nationally, in 2018!
Jude's Chapter 2!
After 41 years in the business, Jude chose to retire in September of 2021. She was ready.
By February of 2022, the family had sold their Las Vegas home, packed up their cars and set off for a brand new chapter in Florida!
Freed from her work obligations, Jude turned her attention to fulfilling long delayed personal hopes and dreams. In July 2022, at the ripe age of 68, Jude underwent breast reduction and lift plastic surgery, achieving a 40 year personal goal! Jude sailed through the surgery and recovery seamlessly, genuinely ecstatic and overjoyed with her new body silhouette. As a 5’2” petite woman, a smaller lifted bustline left her feeling younger and alive! A long awaited dream come true!
The Birth of a Channel
Fueled by a huge sense of gratitude and a desire to pay it forward, Jude decided to memorialize her plastic surgery experiences by creating auto-biographical videos to educate and reassure other aesthetic warriors coming down the same path. In June of 2023, at age 69, Jude’s YouTube Channel @JudeReBornGirl was born!
Today, at age 70, Jude has created a variety of videos with thousands of views, each capturing various moments in her plastic surgery journey. The videos are packed full of before/after images, emotional anecdotes and relevant facts, to help the viewer better understand the transformative journey that awaits them.
Jude launched a Facebook group, “FaceLift 101,” to enable real-time chat between her @JudeReBornGirl YouTube channel community members.
The Facebook group was such a hit that she launched another Facebook group, called Always a Girly Girl. This group is focused on all things beauty, style and fashion, regardless of age.
The launch of the JudeReBornGirl.com blog and email list furthers Jude’s ability to discuss topics and ignite conversations that resonate with her age fifty+ viewers, beyond the subject of plastic surgery. Future blogs and email communications will incorporate discussions about style, beauty, fashion, wellness, spirituality and medical aesthetic trends, for the fifty+ crowd!

The success and ease of her breast reduction surgery left Jude pondering the idea of having more plastic surgery. Eager to correct the issue of sagging facial jowls and flaccid neck skin, Jude began consulting with local Plastic Surgeons about having a Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift. During consult #4, Jude knew she had found her surgeon! On Feb 17th, 2023 Jude underwent 5 facial plastic surgery procedures, including a Deep Plane Facelift, Necklift, LipLift, Temporal Brow Lift and Partial Upper Blepharoplasty (upper eyelid) revision! All were performed together under local anesthesia, by Dr. Jean-Paul Azzi, a Double Board Certified Facial & Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon based in Jupiter, Florida.

The results of the facial plastic surgery were amazing and extremely transformative! Friends and family insisted that she appeared thirty years younger. Jude was dumbfounded and overjoyed... What an incredible blessing!
